From the moment
you learn that you have breast
cancer, life suddenly turns into
a big “What if?” You
wonder if you’ll lose your
hair. Your breast. Or maybe even
your life.
At Mills Breast
Cancer Institute, we are committed
to turning questions about your
future into answers of hope.
In this innovative
institute, located at Carle Clinic’s
main campus in Urbana, doctors
and scientists will work together
to provide the best possible outcome
for patients. You’ll not
only find the latest treatments
and technology, but also a team
of academic and physician researchers
studying new ways to diagnose,
prevent, treat and cure breast
cancer. And in spring of 2008,
we’ll open the doors on
a new, state-of-the-art facility
that has been designed and built
with patients and their families
in mind.
We may not
yet have all the answers. But
we plan to get there – one
breakthrough at a time. |
